Brand ambassadors who can talk about the wine, for tastings in grocery and wine stores, club and hotel events, and festival pours.

Every number below comes from a report written by the ambassador who worked the shift, as of August 18, 2026. We keep brand names off our results.

What a shift includes

  • Ambassadors who know wine, trained on your bottles
  • Tasting rules checked for each store, club or event
  • Glassware, spit cups and setup where the venue does not provide them
  • A report per pour: people we talked to, what they tried, what sold, photos
  • The same faces at your events, season after season

Common questions

Where do you pour?
Grocery and wine stores where tastings are allowed, country clubs and hotel events, member dinners, boutiques and festival tents. One wine brand took us to 112 venues in 30 cities.
Can your people talk about wine?
Yes. Our wine work goes to regulars who have poured wine for us before, and each one is trained on your bottles before the first event.
Can you sample wine in my state?
Yes, where state law and the store allow it. We plan each program around the state’s tasting rules.
What does a tasting report show?
Where we were, how many people we talked to, what they tasted, what sold where the store tracks it, and photos. Event pours report the crowd and the conversations rather than sales.
Do you do festivals?
Yes. Festival pours, race weekends and food and wine events, with the team sized to the crowd.
How is pricing set?
Every program gets its own quote. Rates are hourly, per person, and depend on the market, the dates and the size of the team.
