In‑store demos that earn the shelf

Brand ambassadors for grocery, natural and specialty store demos. They learn the product, sample where the store allows it, and count what sold.

Every number below comes from a report written by the ambassador who worked the shift, as of August 18, 2026. We keep brand names off our results.

What a shift includes

  • Product training, and a taste of their own, before day one
  • Store check-in, table, signage and samples set up before the rush
  • Sampling where the store allows it, dry demos where it does not
  • A report per demo: shoppers talked to, samples, units, shelf price, what else is on the shelf, what shoppers said, photos
  • Compiled recaps across stores for ongoing programs

Common questions

Which stores do you work in?
Grocery, natural and specialty stores, liquor and wine stores, and club stores where the retailer allows outside demo teams. On one program we worked 523 stores across 29 states and DC.
How do you schedule demos across many stores?
One coordinator books the stores, the dates and the people, and confirms the product is on the shelf before each demo. You get one calendar and one point of contact.
What does a demo sell?
On the program above, 17.8 units sold per 100 samples on the shifts that logged both, and 94% of demos closed at least one sale.
Do you do dry demos?
Yes. Where the store does not allow samples, the ambassador talks, hands out coupons or swag and still counts what sold.
Can you sample in my state?
Yes, where state law and the store allow it. We plan each program around the state’s sampling rules.
How is pricing set?
Every program gets its own quote. Rates are hourly, per person, and depend on the market, the dates and the size of the team.
