Event staffing, brand ambassadors and in‑store demos

We staff four kinds of programs for brands and their agencies.

01

Festivals, sponsorships and trade shows

Build awareness anywhere crowds gather. Our teams draw people in at festival tents, sponsor activations, trade shows and expos, put the product in their hands, and send insightful reports for each day.

02

Bars, clubs and event staff

Educate guests where they drink. Bartenders and hosts for bars, clubs and restaurants, plus launches, dinners and private events. They pour, connect, and tell your brand’s story.

03

Retail demos and tastings

Drive trial where people buy. Demos in grocery, liquor, wine and specialty stores. Your ambassador learns the product, samples compliantly and counts what sold.

04

Street teams and field sales

Bring brands to life at scale. Big teams for launches, takeovers and guerrilla marketing, plus field teams that extend your sales team with merchandising and third-party sales. Agencies can book us under their name.

How a program runs

  1. 01

You tell us the market, the product, the dates and what a good day looks like.

  2. 02

We start with people who have worked your brand or your category before, and train them on your product. A few hundred regulars do most of our work, drawn from 2,000+ ambassadors in 40 states, and we rebook the people who already know your brand.

  3. 03

Our team handles schedule changes, weather calls, kit and product for the whole program.

  4. 04

You get a report with photos after every shift, and a recap when the program ends.

What every hour includes

  • Booking the talent
  • Kit and asset management
  • Staff and travel coordination
  • Product training
  • Setup and breakdown
  • Reporting

Common questions

How is pricing set?
Every program gets its own quote. Rates are hourly, per person, and depend on the market, the dates and the size of the team.
Do you take one-day events?
Yes. We do our best work on programs that run all season with the same team, and we staff single events too.
Can you sample in my state?
Yes, where state law and the store allow it. We plan each program around the state’s sampling rules.
